The Queen Charlotte Effect

From Debutante to World Stage to Cultural Ambassador

I am Tammy B. Williams, a cultural ambassador, heritage writer, etiquette voice, and founder of Cultural Tours LA AAH. My work began with ballet — not only as dance, but as court ritual in motion. Ballet was my first etiquette, teaching order, presentation, restraint, timing, entrance, and presence before I ever entered a formal ballroom.
My academic background in Psychology, with a minor in Anthropology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, deepened my understanding of people, culture, identity, ritual, and belonging. It continues to inform my work as a cultural ambassador, heritage writer, etiquette voice, and curator of lineage-based storytelling.

Ballet was my first etiquette. Before formals, before cotillions, before the world stage, ballet taught me court ritual through movement: order, timing, restraint, entrance and presence.
Formals gave my grace a social stage. The world stage expanded it into cultural diplomacy. Preservation gave it memory. Home gave it lineage.
This is the foundation of my work: helping women reclaim culture, beauty, movement, place and legacy as a full living architecture.
