Welcome to My New Post!!" Pouring Into My Own Glass"

For so many years, I lived by the rhythm of pouring into others—family, community, work, legacy. It felt natural, even sacred. But somewhere along the way, I realized my own glass had been sitting empty.

Learning to pour into myself has not been selfish; it has been survival. It’s the morning quiet I protect, the boundaries I honor, the joy I let myself feel without explanation. It’s giving myself permission to be full, so that what I give to others flows from overflow, not exhaustion.

This is my reminder—and maybe yours too—that we cannot serve, create, or preserve from a place of emptiness. We deserve to sip, savor, and be replenished.

May we all remember that our own glass matters, too. 🍷✨When we pause to refill, we honor not just ourselves but every life we touch. Here’s to choosing overflow, ease, and the quiet joy of being full.
